At Al-Kawākib Explorers, we are committed to providing an enriching experience for your child while keeping costs affordable. Our low membership fee ensures that the program is accessible to as many children as possible, without compromising on the quality of the activities and learning opportunities.
What your membership fee covers:
Program Administration: The fee helps maintain our platform, materials, and operational costs to ensure the smooth running of the program.
Online tracking platform: Access to our online platform to keep up with tracking which requirements/badges have been completed by each person. This is the platform we will be using to announce each new badge along with the requirements for each badge. This platform will also be used to share meet up dates, upcoming events and all our policies.
Why is the fee so low?
We keep our membership fee low to make the program accessible to families regardless of income. This means that if any additional charges arise, such as for specialised workshops or changes in badge prices, the costs remain affordable for parents.
We believe in transparency and will notify parents in advance of any extra charges required. These additional costs would be used to cover specific needs such as:
Badge costs: The cost of these are added on top of each session charge.
Supplies for sessions: For activities requiring supplies we may not have on hand (as we are a startup so our supplies currently are limited).
